Learning for Life: In-School Character Education

In-School Learning For Life programs are character development offered as part of a regular school curriculum or an after-school program. The syllabuses are available for Kindergarten though High School.

The
Elementary program offers 61 lessons on character based topics.

The
Junior High program offers 44 lessons on character and start on career search topics.

The
Senior High programs offers 2 books. First: ‘Personal compass for Daily Living’ including sections on: Habits of Character, Service to Others, Citizenship (ethical dilemmas) and a Leadership Development CD. Second: ‘Roadmap For Your Future’ including sections on: Career Education, College Life, Life Skills, and a Life Choices CD.
Exploring: Career Education for High School Students

The Exploring Program is available for students interested in:

Automotive: Willow Springs
Aviation: Branson
Emergency Services: McDonald County & Noel
Fire Fighting: Aurora, Bolivar, Branson, Joplin, Lanagan, Noel, & Purdy
Culinary Arts: Branson
Law Enforcement: Joplin, Noel, Rolla, Republic, Webb City, & Lamar
Medical / Health Careers: Mountain View, Lebanon, Springfield, Joplin, Aurora, & Cassville
